Artist Donna Kato transformed Picasso’s ink drawing into a more robust interpretation of the title character in Miguel de Cervantes’ early 17th century novel The Ingenious Gentleman Don Quixote of La Mancha, from whom the main protagonist in our story apparently draws inspiration.
